>What process do you use to clean carpet?
We are experienced in all methods of cleaning and cleans according to the manufacturer recommendations. All carpet cleaning provided is done with the "truck-mounted steam extraction" method.

>How long does it take to dry after the cleaning is done?
The normal drying time is anywhere from 4 to 6 hours. The carpet will only be damp to the touch. Depending on weather conditions, room temperature, air flow, and overall conditions this time can vary.

> How often should I clean my carpet? Once a year.

> How do I know when its time to clean my Tile & Grout? The grout in the corner of the room will be a different color than the grout in the middle of the room.
